tacitOS ShopAgent Support

TACIT provides support for tacitOS ShopAgent at support@tacitproject.hu. For urgent security or compliance issues, contact emergency@tacitproject.hu.

What to include

• Your .myshopify.com shop domain.
• The request ID shown in the app response or response headers.
• The command name, affected product, and whether the issue happened during preview, approval, apply, rollback, billing, install, or uninstall.
• Screenshots with access tokens and approval tokens hidden.

Do not send

• Shopify access tokens, agent bearer tokens, approval tokens, client secrets, private keys, or customer personal data.
• Staff-account passwords or one-time login codes.

Supported v1 workflows

• Install and open the embedded Shopify Admin app.
• Create, scope, and revoke agent tokens.
• Discover agent commands from /api/agent/commands.
• Preview and apply product status, description, and SEO changes with one-time merchant approval tokens.
• Review audit records, apply supported rollback records, and use emergency stop.

Current v1 boundaries

The app does not manage orders, customers, refunds, fulfillments, payments, discounts, gift cards, theme files, checkout, web pixels, or customer events.
